Examiners certify files. This checklist is the short version of the kit's documentation system — the difference between an exam that ends in a certificate and one that ends in a homework assignment.
The checker reads your verdict. The Kit gets you through the exam: documentation packets for your condition, the two 45-day form clocks run as a calendar, the official medication form packet, waiting-period calendars, failure recovery, and the examiner phone script.
Assemble the file the night before, originals in one folder, copies in another. If the examiner keeps a document, your file stays complete. The kit (§2) expands each packet into what the document must say and who must sign it — the checklist gets you to the door; the packets get you through it.
